Realizing You've Rejected God

What do you like to do for fun? The list will be long for some people and others might have a shorter list. One of the basic needs of human beings includes some fun and enjoyment in their life. There is certainly a wide variety of choices that a person could make to fulfill this need. Many of them are not harmful to our spiritual life. However, there are many that are indeed destructive in our relationship with God.

There are some people that are hesitant to seek a close relationship with God because they think the ‘fun’ things in their life will need to be changed or eliminated. Instead of seeing the good that God can bring to their life through Jesus Christ, they only view it as being negative and focus on the things they will have to cease doing.

If a person would take the time to realize that God is the One who created them. This fact means that God knows the need for fun and enjoyment. That may certainly look different for a person if they become a Christian, a child of His but the need will still be fulfilled. In fact, the need will be even more successfully realized because the person will now know they are right in His sight and have the hope of heaven. Which is the greatest hope and joy that can be possessed.

God is the God of all. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-seeing. He will allow you to live the best life on this earth. A life that allows you to feel complete. May more people come to know and realize how great it is to serve the only true God. The God who will provide for all your needs when you decide to choose obedience to Him through His Son, Jesus Christ the Lord. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
